    The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for management of workflows related to provision of equipment purchased/leased by Service Partners on the Arise platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for ensuring Service Partner designated agents have the equipment ordered to successfully service customers in hands and on time
    • Monitor active contracts to ensure that Service Partners without active SOWs are returning equipment or have paid in full for equipment in line with the expectations of the equipment agreement
    • Maintain accurate tracking of all inventory to ensure on time delivery
    • Conduct address validation to ensure accurate delivery at time of shipment
    • Handle/resolve any tickets from Service Partners regarding equipment failure/replacements
    • Make outbound calls to Service Partners in line with attached workflows
    • Able to manage/maintain record of ability to reduce/minimize financial losses from equipment
    • Responsible for other reports, analysis or other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 years related work experience
    • Knowledge of Service Partner management
    • Experience with making and handling phone calls
    • Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for detail
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Professionalism and the ability to work well with others are extremely important, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality of information
    • Advanced Excel Skills Required inclusive of ability to perform the following:
    • Logical functions within an index match
    • Data functions
      • Index/Match
      • V&H Lookups
    • Text Functions
      • Concatenate
      • Mid
    • Array
    • Data sorting and entry
    • Basic understanding of macros and VBA
