    Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. is looking for an inbound demand generation expert to manage inbound, digital b2b marketing, lead generation and marketing automation efforts.


    You will be responsible for managing all inbound demand generation activities such as content strategy, email marketing, adwords/ppc, b2b digital advertising, website updates and conversion optimization and SEO (including link building, site updates, etc.)


    Additionally, you will identify potential prospects (not currently focused on by business development team) and develop ABM strategies and campaigns to build contact pipeline; and develop and tailor integrated, multi-channel account-based campaigns for select business development team prospects in the pipeline.



    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in digital lead generation campaigns
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and all digital lead gen initiatives and campaigns
    • Optimize
    • Develop and management email campaigns as part of an overall, integrated approach to general awareness/lead gen through to specific account based marketing awareness and lead gen.
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
    • Develop and implement link building strategy
    • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
    • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords


    • Proven inbound demand generation campaign experience and results portfolio.
    • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
    • Experience developing and managing end-to-end campaigns, from strategy to execution – with demonstrable results (i.e. leads).
    • Experience using Pardot (ideal), Marketo, Hubspot and/or other marketing automation tools.
    • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.)
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
    • SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
    • BS/BA degree in a marketing, communications, business or a quantitative, test-driven field
