    Arise’s Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) is designed to stretch and challenge you while working with supportive colleagues.  You will immediately be given the opportunity to work on critical projects during challenging rotations within various departments and functional areas. You will gain the skills you need to progress your career and contribute to Arise’s continuing success.

    Responsibilities

    Arise emerging leaders will have the opportunity to rotate throughout our business, broadening their understanding of operations, analytics, and results and delivery.  They will contribute to Arise’s growth through innovation, collaboration, and leadership with several projects.  They will be able to apply the ideas and theories that they have been studying to the challenges facing us today once they take on a role supporting one of our respected and highly valued Clients.

    • Work collaboratively across teams, providing actionable insights acting as a consultant to drive and improve business outcomes
    • Data analysis – extract, manipulate, analyze, and summarize data to solve complex business problems and reporting needs
    • Identify trends, develop root cause analysis, and implement ongoing improvements for client programs and departments
    • Act as liaison between Arise departments, client management, and IBO vendors
    • Manage multiple competing priorities & highly visible projects

    Qualifications

    • Recent College Graduates (graduation imminent or up to 1 year past graduation date) with BS/BA degree and GPA 3.5 +
    • Active in groups, and activities, on and off campus, preference for Leadership roles
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in summarizing, analyzing, and trending data
    • What type of candidate? Hungry/Entrepreneur
    • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
