    Responsibilities

    • Provide support for onsite and remote employees in a fast-paced environment
    • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request using Active Directory
    • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
    • Maintain, manage and inventory users workstations, peripherals, phones, TV’s, and printers.
    • Administer, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, and software updates.
    • Office 365 Administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Skype for Business.
    • Ability to setup and manage Large conference areas
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 5 years’ experience with Exchange and Office 365 administration
    • 3-5 years’ experience supporting laptop and desktop hardware (Dell specific preferred), system imaging, and supporting corporate shared printers and file services.
    • 3-5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10) in an Active Directory domain environment.
    • Face-to-face customer engagement skills
    • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
    • Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
    • Notable customer service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills required
    • Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
    • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent high priority assignments
    • Exchange 2013\2016\ Office 365 Microsoft qualification desirable (see Certification Requirements for identified Microsoft tests)
