Arise is looking for an AP Specialist. 


  • Full-cycle accounts payable including: sorting, stamping, receipt verification, and matching
  • Monitor invoice hold reporting and complete necessary follow-up
  • Prepare and maintain tracking/reporting
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


  • Must be extremely attentive to detail
  • Must have the ability to understand and interpret department guidelines and adhere to policies without exception
  • Good communications skills are essential and must have ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must exhibit poise, self-confidence, reliability, and professionalism
  • Flexible and open to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must be a self-starter that will have ability to work independently when needed
  • Strong MS Excel, and Outlook experience is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience is required.
  • Previous experience with Oracle a plus.
  • General accounting knowledge is a plus
